For 22 years I had a battery car (Jim's description of his wheelchair). In 2006 I came across FLM. The minute I went in I felt so welcome. It was unreal. In the past every time my wheelchair broke down the people would give me a hard time, not FLM I am amazed every time I go in the staff are so warm they can't do enough for me. FLM are the best no question. FLM are the real example of positive people, service. All people who haven’t been to FLM, once you go you will want to go back.

I have been working with the Team at Fisher Lane Medical now as an Occupational Therapist working both in the private and public health sectors across the past 10 years. I have been fortunate to work with Anthony, Kate, Nick (Fraser), Nick (Mavroudis) and Sean all of whom have provided a highly professional service both to myself and my clients/patients during this time. I have continued to be impressed by the commitment of the FLM Team to extend their product range and up-skill their knowledge. This Team always strives to provide a high quality service which delivers an optimal outcome for my client(s).

Services to Occupational Therapists through Department of Veterans’ Affairs

I have been working in my Private Practice as an Occupational Therapist for approximately seven years now and during that time I have been a Provider for the Department of Veterans’ Affairs as well as other organisations.

Since I began my Private Practice I have been, like other Occupational Therapists, dependant on the assistance from suppliers such as Fisher Lane Mobility to provide a quality and professional service. As an Occupational Therapist, I can provide the expertise and advice that I have to my clients, however I am dependent on suppliers of equipment to back me up with the provision of the appropriate equipment that is required.

In addition, I am also dependent on the various companies to keep me informed as to equipment that becomes available and to work with me regarding modifications and customisations that are possible for individual clients.

I have found over the years that Fisher Lane is able to provide my clients with a service that is professional and timely. I feel very confident to call on their expertise and assistance when needed. I have worked with members of the staff increasingly in recent years as I find them reliable, professional and able to provide the equipment that I most need for my clients.

All the staff are helpful and responsive with their advice and assistance and the Company has conducted In Service Training sessions to Occupational Therapists to update knowledge regarding equipment and new products on the market.

I support their application to continue to provide services to DVA and look forward to working with them in the future.
